In the recent decades, the production AND the supply of goods AND services are competitive issues. In this circumstance the role of ensuring the safety of goods is rapidly AND completely growing. This role has great importance from an economic (encouraging customers to purchase goods) aspect AND legal perspective (protecting the rights of the consumers). Considering this reality warranty is offered in many very different kinds. Sometimes some sort of good is important for choosing warrantee by producer. In some cases the expression " Warrantee" is used instead of "Guarantee" while these two distinctive concepts do overlap with each other in some other ways, they have some differences. Guarantee can also affect the efficiency of the economic institution so not only it is important to protect consumers, but also it has great importance for economic analysis there fore it's function has significant AND specific role in increasing the efficiency of the selected type.

LAW AND ECONOMICS has grown very rapidly AND is now in its scholarly adolescence. However, most LAW AND ECONOMICS questions are still open AND likely to remain so for a long time. What issues are settled in LAW AND ECONOMICS, AND what questions remain open, AND how might we approach them? These are extremely broad questions, AND so the answers must be broad. The author suggests a very important lesson about the manner in which we may best be able to convert open questions into settled issues.

ECONOMICS AND LAW are two sciences of the humanities that weren't apart from each other before 18th century. ECONOMICS became a separate science by developing experimental methodology AND its domination on ECONOMICS AND appeared without attention to LAW AND legal institutions. Old AND new institutionalism advent AND proposing cost AND transaction LAW helped to their convergence. On the other hAND the exploitation of ECONOMICS method for analyzing LAW AND regulations to propose a new interdisciplinary called LAW AND ECONOMICS in recent decades. Islamic ECONOMICS is the connection of Fiqh, Islamic LAW, AND ECONOMICS. It should consider the LAW framework of economic activity to select accurate LAW or the theory among different diligences which the economic consequences of legal theory has been studied beside LAWful evidence for selecting efficient theory. This essay shows that Islamic Fiqh is a basis for economic school, a climate for growing ECONOMICS AND pillars for settlement the Islamic economic system. Imagining these two sciences apart each other is inconsistence in Islamic literature either in theory or practice because Islamic ECONOMICS is real.

Marriage LAW, as part of general pattern of family- is a policy instrument that defines optimal behavioral stANDards for matrimonial relationship through ordaining sanctions. Imposing such stANDards regardless of their consequences may result in anxiety in the family institution AND subsequently in the society itself AND may raise the motivation of defensive behaviors among people AND as a result will increase the cost of legislative AND judicial system. Economic approach to the marriage LAW with analyzing aftermath of LAWs on couple's behavior is looking for minimizing marriage costs including couple, society AND judiciary system costs, AND maximizing the cost of its inefficient breach. Incentive role of family LAW AND its supplements, such as labor LAWs, tax AND employment affairs etc., on the rate of marriage AND divorce, the amount of dowry AND other couple's decisions is a topic that ECONOMICS of family LAW is recently very focused on. This article, in the form of “contract” AND “market” AND by using of concepts including costs, benefits, efficiency, competition AND monopolywill present the economic analysis of marriage AND other related legal concepts AND is to introduce a new approach to Iranian family legislators AND judges.

The Regulatory ECONOMICS concept has been closely associated with the concept of competition AND this relationship has been highlighted during recent decades. Today, Regulation AND competition have inseparable relationship with each other in the economy, so that sometimes the "regulation for competition" methods are used in the market to indicate that the regulator is required to compete in the current economic environment.The main issue of this paper is the comparative analysis of the regulatory ECONOMICS concept between Islamic AND conventional ECONOMICS with regard to competition LAW. The nature of competition LAW is considered as a theoretical framework.This study was conducted with the comparative-analytical approach. The findings show that conventional ECONOMICS schools such as the classical AND Chicago schools only consider the efficiency of competition LAW while Islamic scholars believe other factors moreover the efficiency. In fact, the study of Hesbe as a regulatory body indicate that this institution is responsible for economic AND non-economic objectives. Therefore, the regulatory nature has a significant difference in Islamic ECONOMICS AND other schools.

Economic analysis of contract LAW is one of the most extensive interdisciplinary studies between LAW AND ECONOMICS. Theorists of this area analyze the regulations ruling contract LAW with the help of instructions in ECONOMICS. Contract theory, as one of the theories in LAW AND ECONOMICS, is rooted in the teachings of “Information ECONOMICS”. In fact, imperfect AND asymmetric information of the parties of a contract has always been considered as an obstacle to the legal AND voluntary exchanges of economic agents in the market. Since in the economic approach, the exchange is an increase in efficiency AND social surplus, applying the solutions presented in “Information ECONOMICS” can remove these information barriers that stAND in the way of the parties of a contract. In this regard, this study has attempted using MicroECONOMICS teachings especially Game Theory AND Principal-Agent model to investigate contract parties’ behavior facing information imperfection. Given the application of economic analysis of information in the field of contract LAW, it seems that the use of Information ECONOMICS’ findings by influencing the motivation of the parties to a contract, leads them to reach a common solution to reduce existing information imperfection.
